This one-day workshop provides both new and experienced Principals and Vice-Principals with a framework to develop and implement the kind of school culture that fosters great communication, clear roles and responsibilities, and smooth administration. Retired school Principal Marg Dodds provides evidence-based ways to do this, with case studies that demonstrate measurable results.
